Our Guarantee

We guarantee to complete the stated work to best pratice methods. This means we will do it right! Simple as that.

We are human though, and we recognise there are occassional situations (often beyond our control) that impacts on a project. If this occurs within twelve months of Redsea Plumbing completing the stated work, we will promptly rectify the issue, no questions asked, no cost to you.

Too many times you can end up having numerous call backs and problems with other companies because of poor skills, knowledge or just plain laziness. To us at Redsea Plumbing, this is unacceptable.

When its done right, it will save you time and money.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act service must be - 
  • Provided with reasonable care and skill
  • Fit for the particular purpose
  • Completed within a reasonable time (when no time is set)
  • Provided at a reasonable price (when no price is set)

If a guarantee is not met, you may have rights against the trader for a remedy, to put the problem right.
